A New Chapter of Faith
"The formation of the Diocese of Asia Pacific marks a historic milestone in the growth of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, bringing together the faithful across regions to serve as a united spiritual home."
Established on 1 November 2024, the Diocese of Asia Pacific was formed to better serve the spiritual needs of the Malankara Orthodox community in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
The diocese was declared by His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan.
